“Least Favorite F3 Workout” – Bouche
The Q was claimed Wednesday. The plans were soon set. A no-nonsense speed day for all to regret. Mumble chatter? A minimum. In fact, none at all. But not a PAX lost. No, not one would fall. Summing it up, Bouche said it best. His least favorite workout. Though surely a test. Both a point of pride and a tip to lighten up. For YHC, a healthy heads-up.
Warm Up – 10 Burpees OYO
The Thang – 5-minute Warm-up run –> 1-Mile Chase Race with staggered start back to Wreck Center –> 10 X 50-yard sprints/50-yard jogs, karaokes, side steps –> 10 X 100-yard sprints on the minute –> Mary (Tippy Taps, Dollies, American Hammer, Crunch Taps)
Circle of Trust – Challenging times. Important to stay calm. Do the right thing. Be responsible. Look beyond yourself for the greater good. Thoughtful reminder from RA to think about those less fortunate.
