Alright fellas. Who’s ready to take on the IronPax Week 2 Challenge? It’s called the Wheel of Misfortune. And it looks like a real meat grinder. For 43 minutes we’ll tackle as many reps as we can. Most with coupon in hand. Let’s get after it!
Curious to see what we were up against, I rolled in early to see how the 5:30 crew was fairing. Let’s just say the Gloom was thick. Both in conditions and exhaustion. The toughness of the week’s coupon-heavy IPC challenge shown on each PAX face. But they were 13 strong. And the group’s camaraderie and support of one another inspired YHC to tackle the workout that lied ahead.

CoT: Huge gratitude for RA who selflessly took the lead on proctoring and organizing both workouts. A quick reminder of all the folks who are impacted by this crazy pandemic. How it’s easy to think the only way you can help is through tangible material means like volunteering and money. Encouragement to not overlook the simpler ways we can show up for folks. Even if it’s just through kindness and decency.
