9/2/20 6:30am @ OP Wreck Center. Chadwick Boseman inspired workout: TRAIN LIKE THE BLACK PANTHER. Body weight strength circuit with partner/team cardio. I’m hoping to survive my own VQ, come get some!
9/2 Backblast: Still recovering from IronPax on Monday, 12 showed for a Chadwick Boseman inspired “Black Panther” workout. Big shout-out and much respect to the PAX performing double duty crossing the street from the 5:30am Donut Shop.
PAX: Flay, Lead Pipe, Kodak, Cutter, Copa, Cowboy Mouth, Bronco, Chalmers, Bouche, hOjOh, Rossy and FVI (VQ).
SSH x 20, Daisy Picker x 15, Light 1/3 mile jog
Partner-up, run 3/4 loop in the opposite direction, meeting partner approximately half way for Panther Planks:
- 20 Plank Shoulder Touches
- 20 Plank Spiders
- 20 Plank Up/Downs
- 30 Second Forearm Plank
Partners run back the way they came and meet at the starting point in “Wakanda” for four more exercises:
- 20 Stair Jumps
- 20 STJ’s (Shuffle/Touch Ground/Jump)
- 20 Merkins
- 20 Curb Calf Raises
Repeat partner loop run and exercises two more times, but with reps of 15 and 10. Had to cut the last reps short to get back to the Wreck Center on time.
Don’t be afraid to call yourself out, in any area of life. We need to take responsibility for our own excuses (BS) and use it as a super power that fuels change. Let’s build self awareness and courage so that we can be that honest with ourselves. Ultimately, it’s how we level up and become the best version of ourselves in all aspects of life.
