Warm up: daisy cutters, side straddle hops, Abe Bogotá’s, high knees, but kicks
Exercise: soccer field, group of 4
1) 1/4 way broad jump, 1/4 way walk, 1/4 way bear crawl, 1/4 way lunges each person one of these at a time and alternate.
2) suicides: 1/4 way, 1/2 way, 3/4 way, full. Each person does one of these while others plank or flutter kick. Do this 4X… so each person did each distance.
3) repeat #1
4) repeat #2
5) bike racks: 10 horizontal pull ups, 10 horizontal chin ups, 10 dips. Repeat 4X.
