Great work out with six guys: Balki, Bronco, FVI, Kodak, RA and me, Started with warm up of Motivators, Mountain climbers, and Goofballs. Did a timed native american run and beat our previous times twice. Partnered up with one partner doing 30 lunges across field and other partner in opposite direction doing bear crawl. Held legs up if we made it back early. Started push up a rama with Peter Parker Pushups and then the atomic clock (?) of push ups with Bronco taking the ‘W’. Mosied to the garage for six flights of stairs (576 stairs) with balls to the wall and diamond pushups to fail. Finished with a Russian wall sit. Mosied back for Mary that was 3 sets of each of the following for 30 sec w no break: Twists, plank, butt ups, heel touches, plank step ups.
