“Factory” – Bruce SpringsteenEarly in the morning factory whistle blows, Man rises from bed and puts on his clothes, Man takes his lunch, walks out in the morning light, It’s the working, the working, just the working life. Through the mansions of fear, through the mansions of pain, I see my daddy walking through them factory gates in the rain, Factory takes his hearing, factory gives him life, The working, the working, just the working life. End of the day, factory whistle cries, Men walk through these gates with death in their eyes. And you just better believe, boy, somebody’s gonna get hurt tonight, It’s the working, the working, just the working life.

Side Straddle Hops
Start out at one side of the field. This is the home. While at home, you plank in anyway you want until you break the plank. This signals you wake up.
You then go across the field which is your commute. You can cross the field in anyway you want but you can’t cross it the same way twice. Men walked, crawled, bear crawled, hopped, sprinted, ran backwards, etc.
After crossing the field, you arrive at the factory to begin work. You are manufacturing BOMBS. Burpees, Overhead Claps, Merkins, Big Boy Sit ups, Squats. The goal is to do the bomb with as much quality as possible to failure. Once you can’t do the exercise, you go back home by crossing the field.
Repeat until workout is over.
