15 Jumping jacks
One lap around the field followed up with 20 pushups.
A second lap around the field followed up with 30 squads.
Main workout aka 25 minutes drills
Each person had a partner, and will take turns running to the 10 yard line for 5 minutes, and then 20, 30, 40, and 50 yard line.
End exercise: 2 minutes streching
