6 PAX geared up for our first dip into the 30’s.
Conditions: 35 and eventually sunny
PAX: Bronco, Cutter, Pebbles, Kodak, Fogger, Hackysack (QIC)
One Lap around the field plus 12 reps of an exercise per grade, up until we graduate 12th grade. Each grade repeats the previous exercises and adds one more.

2nd Grade – Merkins
3rd Grade – Bonnie Blairs
4th Grade – Mountain Climbers
5th Grade – Carolina Dry Docks
6th Grade – Plank Jacks
7th Grade – Hillbilly Squats
8th Grade – Burpees
9th Grade – Cracker Jacks
10th Grade – Crab Cakes
11th Grade – Shoulder Taps
12th Grade – Smurfjacks
We ran out of time after the 11th grade but all said put in 11 field laps and 792 reps.
COT: Talked about looking for opportunities to “pick up the six” outside of our workouts. The guy falling behind can often be harder to spot, but in such need for an uplifting word, or an ear to listen.
