Todays words were about seeking balance in our lives. YHC volunteered 3 things that inhibit good connection in our relationships:

The challenge I pose to the PAX is to substitute the following…
- Seek to understand before being understood.
- Respond with how things affect you (vulnerability), not how things aggravate you
- Simple enough, easier said than done… Moderate the booze
As the weather turns colder the medical & science communities are predicting a second wave of Covid infections. Be diligent and remain cautious, use PPE and practice safe gathering so we can all remain healthy and keep free, peer led workouts going through the fall and winter months ahead. We’re gonna need them!
