“1995 PE”. Turn back the clock and join me for a Don Hopkins inspired workout. 45 minutes of steady non-stop movement, mixing cardio and body weight exercises with a partner at the Wreck Center. In-school suspension is optional. Who’s in!!??

Partner-up. One partner runs the length of the soccer field and back while the other partner completes the following exercises (combined team reps):
100 bleacher step ups
100 Freddy Mercury’s
100 incline merkins
100 box squats
100 big boy sit-ups
100 decline merkins
100 bleacher dips
100 bleacher crunches
- Deep lunges all the way across the soccer field back to the CoT
- 50 jack hammers
Let go of the idea and mindset that goes along with failure. Often times it negatively impacts and creeps in at work, with family, with exercise, with health and with relationships. Everything is a lesson and opportunity for improvement and better awareness. Forget failure, there’s no such thing.
