IronPax Challenge 2020 is officially under way with the Week 0 workout. Ten strong PAX joined YHC for a taste of what we all know will only get tougher in the coming weeks. As we gathered for the 06:30 start, 2 fellow PAX nursing injuries were well into their OTB workouts. Pumped to see RA and hOjOh out there so early putting in the time.
Weather: 72 and sunny. Just a touch of humidity.

CoT: Time was up so kept it short and sweet. With no HCs going into the workout, YHC feared he’d have to face the challenge alone. But we ended up 10 strong. Gratitude for all the PAX who showed up and pushed each other to get stronger. We talk a lot about the impact we have on family, friends, colleagues. But let’s not forget the impact we have on each other. We all inspire each other every workout to push ourselves and be better men. YHC is incredibly grateful for the all the OPF3 PAX.
