Thang 1 – Pot Luck Thanksgiving Dinner
each pax brought one exercise and what they’re thankful for
Cutter – Up downs bear crawls: complete up downs, and when Q Cutter yells bear crawl pax do a 10 yard bear crawl before continuing up downs; complete 3 bear crawls
Homer – Rocky Sit Ups: do situps being hit in the stomach between reps
Sweet Tooth – Death by burpees – add one burpee each minute, completed up to tenth minutes (i.e. 10 burpees)
Mermaid – 10 reps by 2 sets monkey humpers and ball busters
Lavendar – 1 minute wall sit
Thang 2 – Second Helpings
Repeat each exercise in a circuit, timed by the bear crawl up downs
