Shamrock Shuffle – Mar 23
As 1st F Q Ladybug discussed on the PUT6 podcast on Monday, the heart rate challenge amongst Chicago pax is in full swing, with points allocated to HR zone level on a tiered basis. With this in mind, Denari Q’d the EC Run for Kodak and Lavender, followed by the bootcamp where Homer, Mimbo, Noonan, and Arts n Crafts joined in on the fun.

Naked Moleskin
BIG shot out to Arts n Crafts for the stealthy kotter (last post: Nov 24, 2018)! We are happy to have this HIM back in action, and he’s already planning a 3rd F event. Denari had much more planned for this smokefest, but the non-direct route taken by shovelflag carrying pax during the Freed To Lead Indian Run resulted with an extra 1.5 mile run. One pax even lead the crew on the route of the Shamrock Shuffle (official race this Sunday), thus the title of this BB. Tons of positive vibes amongst pax, with mumble chatter of the GrowRuck 14, currently underway in Richmond, upcoming BT5k (American Brain Tumor Association 5k) on April 13, and TAPs to our F3 Naperville brothers Bump and Bob Ross.
Great coffeeteria, per usual. Denari’s “You Can’t See Me” is a third attempt to look cool in photos. It failed (see below), not unlike attempt 1 “mean mug”, or Zoolander inspired attempt 2 “Blue Steel/Magnum”. Maybe, just try smiling?!
