Happy Valentine’s Day fellas. Let’s hope you’re all not too tuckered out after a night out with your lady. Because this non-stop beatdown’s going to keep you moving.

With the uptick in temperatures, conditions were ideal for the 11 PAX who made the faithful trek downtown. After setting an intention of solidarity and fulfillment, the beatdown began. From there, we never looked back—and never stopped. Over 62 minutes, we covered 4.5 miles, making it all the way down to the Adler Planetarium, taking advantage of everything the terrain gave us to mix it up with a collection of exercises flowing one into another. Special thanks to all in attendance for all the hard work and pushing yours truly to step up and take the Q. Special shoutout to our DR PAX Gravy from Grand Rapids.
