Had a great workout yesterday. With the weather being unseasonably warm but slightly wet, 9 Pax posted for the beatdown that carried a heavy theme of the number 12.

Warmup: (In cadence to 12 each)

  • Ava Goda’s
  • Reverse Ava Goda’s
  • Overhead claps
  • Seal claps
  • Imperial walkers
  • Motivators

Mosey to Millenium Monument

Sprints with American Hammers and LBC’s totaling 12 mixed in between.

Mosey to Lakeshore East Park with a quick pit stop on the way to do pull-ups, flutter kicks and burpees in cadence to 12 each.

Jacobs Ladder to 12

  • Merkins
  • Squats

Two laps of bear crawls and lunges with sets of 12 American hammers mixed in between.

Mosey back to the bean.

Cool Down:

  • Plank for twenty seconds, transition to downward dog for twenty seconds, transition to cobra for twenty seconds. (X3)
  • Side straddle hops in cadence to 12.

Ended in Count-a-Rama, Name-a-Rama, and CoT.
