Had a great workout yesterday. With the weather being unseasonably warm but slightly wet, 9 Pax posted for the beatdown that carried a heavy theme of the number 12.
Warmup: (In cadence to 12 each)

- Overhead claps
- Seal claps
- Imperial walkers
Mosey to Millenium Monument
Sprints with American Hammers and LBC’s totaling 12 mixed in between.
Mosey to Lakeshore East Park with a quick pit stop on the way to do pull-ups, flutter kicks and burpees in cadence to 12 each.
Jacobs Ladder to 12
Two laps of bear crawls and lunges with sets of 12 American hammers mixed in between.
Mosey back to the bean.
- Plank for twenty seconds, transition to downward dog for twenty seconds, transition to cobra for twenty seconds. (X3)
- Side straddle hops in cadence to 12.
Ended in Count-a-Rama, Name-a-Rama, and CoT.
