Nice workout this morning with some dedicated Pax working off Thursday’s meal at CloudGate.

Partner planks/wall sits while partner runs loop. 2 rounds each.

Tennis courts were locked for the season so we made an audible and did bear crawls up the grassy knoll and back down.

Stair Dips (40)
Cooldown with yoga stretches. Side stretch, yoga squat and forward folds.
End-ex with going around the group speaking about what we are thankful for this year. Pax spoke of family, health, others health and F3.
