30 reps of each during first lap, followed by 20 reps of each, followed by 10

~ 25 min of Ultimate Frisburpee (ultimate frisbee with burpee requirements for each turnover)
- Notes on gameplay
- We settled on 4 burpees being the starting count for the first turnover instead of 5, this seemed to work well
- Toward the end we added the wrinkle of if the defense intercepts the pass, the burpees are skipped
- Penalty for team that got scored on was bearcrawl to other side for kickoff
- Cheddar is a force. Great length and lateral quickness. Nose for the frisbee.
