I assumed the role of backup, to the backup Q this morning, for beatdown that started at shortly after 6 in Lake Shore East Park.
PAX were Sweet Tooth & Myself (Noonan).
Beatdown was simple – Laps around the sidewalk (Approx. ½ mile) with 10 reps of Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plank Jacks, and Squats (IMPS) every lap. This could have been broken down to 1 exercise every quarter lap or all at once.
8 laps were completed in the 45 min.
I’m making it a group goal to see if we can complete 10 laps within a 45 min beatdown.
