3 PAX got together @ PDN for a post on a sunny (and pretty humid) Tuesday morning.
We were hoping for a Lavender sighting, but that didn’t happen 🙂
Warm-up consisted of: Side Straddle Hops, Good Mornings, and Knee Raises.
Main Thang (circuit) was originally planned to take place @ Buckingham Fountain, but we called an audible an stayed in PDN.
The circuit consisted of laps around the inner side walk (oval), with 4 stations, and the following exercise at each station: Merkins, Squats, Plank Jacks, and Squat Jumps. I learned that each lap is approximately half a mile.
5 laps around the circuit were completed, which consumed most of the time.
Mary consisted of: Flutter kicks, box cutters, penguins, and LBC’s
Beat-down concluded at approx. 6:47 with a COT.
