4 strong HIMs showed up in the dark after pushing the clocks ahead to get an OTB beat down (soon to be ON the books!).
Warmed up with side-straddle hops, Abe Vigodas, and imperial walker.
Mighty Minutes – 1 minute wall sit followed by 1 minute elbow plank. Repeat 3x.
7 of Diamonds. – jog between 4 corners of a soccer field with 7 burpees at corner 1, 14 big boys at corner 2, 21 merkins at corner 3, and 28 air squats at corner 4. Repeat circuit 5x.
25 bench dips and another might minute set.
Minutes of Mary – flutter kicks, Dollys, LBCs. Finished with merkins.
CoT – consistency is key, inspiration found in eachother, iron sharpens iron. @cutter echoed ladybug comments from Saturday at bean – appreciation for those that came before us and cleared the path. Shout out to @kodak for the leadership on getting OP going.
