Run up 40m hill – 10 Burpees – Run back down

1 Big Boy Sit-up – Run Up- 9 Burpees – Run back down

2-8, 3-7, etc…

Continue until 10 Big Boy Sit-Ups

– Thang 2 (Scoville Park veterans memorial):

30 seconds quick step ups on stairs

10 dips

10 in/out squat jumps

2 sets

2 minute wall sit (30 sec regular, 30 sec alternating extended leg, 30 sec both heels up, 30 sec alternating heels up)

It was a blast leading this group for my VQ, and watching them all throw down on exercises old and new.  Exciting to see this group growing in numbers and consistency.  Looking forward to the official launch next week.
