We had 9 brave pax ITG this morning for a good old fashion pull routine hitting upper middle and lower! For those curious I used the SmartWOD app under the TABATA setting but any TABATA app will work.

The workout was the following x 3 (1st round=30 sec on 20 rest, 2nd round= 40 sec on 20 rest, 3rd round= 25 sec on 15 rest)

#1 Pull Ups

#2 Abs-both leg mountain climbers with feet on swing pulling feet into chest

#3 Laying down hip thrusters with coupon on waist

#4 Leaning back pull on playground spinny thing

#5 Decline mountain climber on playground spinny thing

#6 Deadlifts or Good mornings with coupon

#7 Box Jumps

#8 Reverse Crunch or Dead Bugs

#9 Alpo or Upright Row

#10 Chin Ups

#11 Hanging Knee Raise

#12 Step up on high platform (optional coupon for extra weight=harder; optional coupon as raiser=easier)
