Many days we approach these workouts going all out for longer distance. Today’s work was broken into small bites. All present would agree that today’s work was just as hard and productive. Like life, there isn’t just one way to approach a problem. We often go to our most comfortable strategies to address issues in life, but sometimes, stepping back and approaching the problem differently can prove to be more effective than our normal grind.
