4 Merkins Pulls
5 Sumo High Pulls
6 Front Squats
400m coupon ruck
15 Lateral Burpees
Flutter … and that’s all we had time for(?).
Moleskin : I was reading through a recent Leadership development post from F3 (the Q Source) and ‘Mutual Competence‘ came up. It’s been an awesome few weeks as we’ve grown and recently had 4-5 VQs step-up to lead the group. They pick up the skills by watching how other leaders Q a workout and although they ea have a different style, they all get the main points down (workout pushes both the rabbits and the tortoises, watches for the 6, etc).
When we lead by example and share the positive habits of leadership towards Mutual Competence, we ALL advance the Mission of this group : Plant, Grow, Serve small workout groups for men.
We can remember this and lead by example in other aspects of our life, too. Be the shining example! /Kodak-Out.
