bar dips (10) fup with 20 jumping jacks (5 sets)
pause squats (20) with 2 burpees (5 sets)
20 kettle bells
10 rugby over-back with 10 pushups
circle drill with lateral movement
5 old school mountain climber, 10 new school mountain climber
10 bear crawl (20 yds)
10 judo forward rolls (both shoulders)
10 hip up situps
20 frog jumps with laterals
