COT : Count/Name-o-Rama. Glad to have two friends + neighbors join the group and thrilled that they are asking about time/location for the next workout! Fogger is a reference to an inside comment made during mumble chatter (YHC missed) and Hooker is a prominent rugby position and a role that this man dominantes on the field – it’s actually a compliment to be part of the manly-men of the Tight5 position players, but the pax all thought a funny name and went with it.

Moleskin : IronPax are hard workouts, but we all get through them. In the next 4 weeks, they’ll get harder and competition will make things matter … It will become evident that working together and cheering each other on is what makes the difference. Do the reps, Hold the form to the best of your ability and you will benefit from the work!

Lastly, we launched this OTB AO across the dividing line of OakPark/Chicago and hope to gain a few locals amongst the pax. If this sticks, I think we willl be doing good work to support an AO outside of OakPark to eventually gather steam into neighborhoods we are unfamiliar with. Keep spreading the word and invite men out – Plant, Grow, Serve small workouts for men, for the invigoration of male community leadership – is our mission! /Kodak- Out!
