Bear-crawl length of field with 5 Burpees at every ten yard line. Sprint back with 5 Merkins every ten yards. Help others finish if you complete early.
Jog around West side of Columbus Park to Tennis courts.. along the way we complete 40 Bonnie Blairs, 20 Jump Squats, 20 walking lunges, 25 tricep dips, 25 decline or regular Merkins.
