3 PAX showed up at the Bean this morning for a slightly later start (7 AM), which was lead by yours truly.
Welcome to our Down Range friends: Liverpool and Spit-Shine
This workout was commemorated to our friend from F3 Naperville (Bump) who recently lost his battle with cancer.
The memorial run started at the Bean and we jogged down Michigan avenue to Roosevelt. We then headed over to the lake front, for a lap around the Planetarium and then back along the lakefront path en-route to the Bean.
I’m still trying to get the exact figure from my fitness monitor, but this run was somewhere in the 4.5/5 mile range.
